Wrangler himself
was colored as well as his sire and dam. He has produced colored
foals from AQHA
mares as well as TB mares. He has also had solids from colored
appaloosa mares. The only color predictability is that it
is hard to break a solid CPO mare that has no white markings
(although it has happened!). The ApHC Club has restricted the
registration of AQHA, TB, and Arabian crosses.
The 2003 foal will
have to be colored to get registered or can be CPO'd if solid,
only if both parents are ApHC.
We have all
varieties of color from blankets with spots, blankets with no spots,
roans with spots, leopards, all colors with bay predominant, and of
course the solids. No matter what you WILL have a wonderful, athletic,
